UU Democracy in Action

One of the essential aspects of our religious tradition is its democratic nature. One essential aspect of democracy is the right to dissent when you think things are going awry. In my view, UUA leadership of our association has gone terribly awry, and I will share my honest critique of this and how to improve the situation through democratic processes. After this sermon we will post a chapter I have written for a book soon to appear by a number of UU’s who share similar concerns about illiberal and intolerant trends in our liberal religious tradition.
