Silence: Noble and Ignoble

Sometimes we need to be in silence to know ourselves, to hear God’s still small voice, to rest our minds and our hearts, to listen to others’ stories. But sometimes silence is not the right way. Sometimes we need to speak up, say things that need to be said, talk things through. How do we know?
