Everyone has a voice. Poetry is an expression of one’s voice (sometimes it’s art, sometimes not so much). Writing and reading poetry is an experiment for some, a necessity for others. Poems are words strung together in images and patterns that can move us to tears, see a beautiful picture, show us another way of looking at the world, make a political statement, and much more. Join your fellows in a celebration of poetry and music (Native American Flute).
