Goodbyes Are Hard. We often avoid saying good-bye. Perhaps because we think of good-byes as endings, as sad or painful. What if we practiced awareness that good-byes are also the start of something new, of opportunities, of opening ourselves to what comes next.
Centering Thought: to live in this world you must be able to do three things
to love what is mortal;
to hold it against your bones knowing your own life depends on it;
and, when the time comes to let it go, to let it go – Mary Oliver
