Use this form to register one or more children for UUCS Religious Education. Your information will be sent to the Director of Lifespan Religious Education. If you do not receive a response in a couple of days, call UUCS and leave a phone message.

Lifespan Religious Education includes age appropriate programs for children, youth, and adults. The children and youth attend classes during the Sunday Service. Adult LRE is scheduled at other convenient times.
