As people of faith, we are always transforming ourselves in service of more truth, more love, and more justice in our world. Religious scholar Karen Armstrong talks about undertaking this transformation through regular “practices that are designed incrementally over the years to change your inner world.” This Sunday we’ll look at a few such practices.
