The annual congregational meeting that is normally held in May is scheduled to occur via Zoom on August 23 beginning at noon.

All of the meeting materials, such as the meeting packet, are now available on the 2020 Annual Congregational Meeting page on our website. Recently, voting members should have received the same meeting packet in their USPS mailbox.
This year’s meeting agenda includes voting on the candidates offered for the UUCS Board of Directors and Nominating Committee. We will also vote to accept the presented budget and a new Covenant of Respectful Relations. Please register and attend. We need a quorum for this meeting as for all congregational meetings.
How to Assign a Proxy
If you cannot attend the meeting, you can designate a proxy. Proxy voters do not count towards the quorum. Therefore, we hope that all of our voting members will make every effort to join the meeting.
Steps to assign a proxy voter:
- Contact the person you want to act as your proxy. Ensure that they are willing to vote according to your wishes AND that they are not already acting as a proxy for someone else. (Due to the online voting process, we must limit proxy votes to one per household.)
- Fill out the Request a Proxy form.
