The National Poor People’s Campaign/A National Call for Moral Revival Oregon activists will be gathering at  the State Capitol on Monday, Feb. 5  for a 10:00 AM press conference. Join us in Salem for the 30 minute press conference as we deliver a letter of intent to the Oregon legislature. This will be a coordinated press conference happening in 25 states. Persons impacted by the evils of systemic racism, poverty, the war economy, ecological devastation will share their stories. We will deliver letters to Speaker Tina Kotek and Pro Tempore Paul Hovey, letting the legislature know that we’re here and we’re building power across the state.
