The Salem-Keizer NAACP works on proactively building trust within our diverse community. They field grievances reported by the community and  investigate complaints and advise the Executive Board on further action. This committee does not provide legal advice. They also work to eliminate discriminatory practices in public education. This unit is associated with the state and national chapters of the NAACP.
