The Share the Plate recipient for May 2016 is the Minister’s discretionary fund. Many times ministers are asked for help, and as much as possible, they refer them to available resources in the community. However, sometimes needs “fall through the cracks.” This fund gives our minister some leeway in providing immediate help in a small way to those in need.
