A Women’s Shelter of Hope, the transitional housing shelter planned for UUCS property, is moving closer to becoming a reality. Mid-Willamette Community Action Agency is evaluating the proposed Memorandum Of Understanding between it and Habitat and Hope Village, Inc (HHV).

Meanwhile, the HHV Board is reviewing the draft Land Lease, Construction, and Operations Agreement recently submitted by the UUCS Board. Substantial funds have been pledged for construction.
