Our annual congregational meeting will be on Sunday, May 19 after the service, beginning at 12:00. You can review the slate of candidates and budget before the meeting on the Congregational Meeting 2024 webpage.

Lunch will be served. This meeting will be both in-person and online. Those who want to participate online can join on Zoom with this link. If you will need child care, make a childcare reservation here.

Only eligible members may vote on at this meeting. Stop by the membership table in the Fellowship Hall on Sundays to verify your membership status. Our bylaws require that voting members must have shown sympathy with the Congregation’s purpose as stated in Article II of the UUCS bylaws by signing the membership book, have made a financial pledge within the last twelve months , and have made an identifiable financial contribution within the last twelve months.

If you are unable to attend the meeting you may vote via proxy form. Proxy forms will be available at the membership table on Sunday May 5 and 12 or can be printed from this online Proxy Form. The form must be signed by the eligible voter and presented by the proxy on the day of the meeting and given to the proxy voter. To cast your proxy vote, your proxy voter must present your signed form at the annual meeting. A member can hold only 1 proxy for 1 other person.
