St. Patrick’s Day Dinner March 14- Tickets at the Door and Take-Away Options

This year the St. Patrick’s Day dinner will be 6 pm Saturday, March 14 at UUCS.  Join us for fun and fellowship with wonderful food.  The menu will be “homemade” corned beef, colcannon, Irish soda bread, and bread pudding.  Joel Martin hand-selected the brisket and is brining it to create a superior corned beef. He is doing the cooking while John Prohodsky is baking the Irish soda bread which has also received rave reviews.  You can bring your own beer or wine to enjoy with the food.

Concerned about large gatherings? You can also get a take-away dinner in a compostable container at the church kitchen door during the dinner hours.

Tickets can be reserved using the online form . or by contacting John Prohodsky at jprouu@gmail.com.  You can also buy tickets ($15) at the door,

Proceeds will go towards replacing the two ovens in the kitchen.
