The UU Compassionate Mind Sangha is offering a two month drop in course on stress reduction through Zen meditation, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. each Wednesday, January through February 2018 in the Fellowship Hall.
Come learn how to align body, breath and mind. This free Introduction includes a short lecture, seated and walking meditation, tea ceremony and a Dharma talk.
Registration is not required and it’s OK to simply attend the Wednesdays that fit your schedule.
