Women’s Alliance Annual Dinner, Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at 5:30 pm in Hanneman Fellowship Hall at UUCS. All are welcome. $17 RSVP to Molly O’Dea at mollymodea@gmail.com
Our dinner will be prepared by Davit Andghuladze, originally from the Republic of Georgia where he had a very successful career as a politician. Davit has been cooking since he was 14 years old and learned cooking from his grandfather. Georgian cuisine is heavy on various meat dishes but has vegetarian offerings also. Georgian cuisine uses unique cheese that is not available in the US and Davit has found a way to make Georgian’s favorite cheesebread by combining mozzarella and feta cheeses. We will be dining on Georgian food that has been praised many times by the BBC, the New York Times and other media sources.
