UUCS members and partners for the Mississippi Flag Removal Project participated in a rally on Thursday, November 19th, 2015, at the Oregon Capitol to provide witness to the importance of removing the Mississippi flag and supporting Black students from Lewis & Clark College who had recently experienced violent threats on their campus.

On March 11th, the Mississippi flag was removed from the Capitol Grounds! Thank you to everyone who signed the petition and participated in the rally.
