Join other UUCS volunteers to help out at the Kairos Community Lunch, where homeless people are served soup, sandwich and dessert every Sunday. Our congregation helps prepare and serve the meal about five times per year. Here are our scheduled dates for 2017:
March 26, May 14, August 13 and November 19. The November date is for Thanksgiving dinner, which, if you didn’t do it last year, is especially fun. For that dinner, we could also hand out mittens and gloves to our diners (in case you’re a knitter looking for winter projects…)
