Elsa has been attending UUCS since she started elementary school and now she and her family attend together. Her son Rowan and her husband often accompany her behind the scenes in RE. She has consistently worked with children since she was a youth herself, working as a childcare provider for multiple families through high school and as an assistant at a Montessori. She continues to be passionate about fostering an individualized and welcoming learning environment that leaves space for personality and independence.
