A Place of Shelter for Twenty Five Years

Over a quarter of a century ago our congregation was one of the founding members of the shelter program now known as “Family Promise” – which provides food, shelter and the guidance that families need to find permanent shelter. After the pandemic the program is gearing up again and we will be able to continue when we have enough volunteer support, so please come to show support for this vital program.

Centering Thought: Conquer the angry one by not getting angry; conquer the wicked by goodness; conquer the stingy by generosity, and the liar by speaking the truth. – [Verse 223] Siddhārtha Gautama, The Dhammapada
