The building key codes were changed June 29.

If you currently have access to the building’s key code boxes, you will need to fill out a new form. Codes are given to individuals and cannot be shared or transmitted via email or text.
Forms are available in the printer room or click here for a copy.
Completed forms can be left in the office mailbox, or emailed to office@uusalem.org. After review, we can call you with codes during office hours.

The office staff is available on-site TUES, THURS & FRI 9 AM to 1 PM. We will have special Key Code – hours on Thursday, July 1 from 3 pm to 6 pm. Please be patient. We have many end of year responsibilities and are working as quickly and diligently as possible.
