Join Us! Volunteer for the Production Team – November 26, 2020

We have been speaking to you from “Behind the Chalice” for several months now, giving you at times a bird’s eye view of what is going on to bring you the weekly Sunday services and help keep us connected during these times when we cannot physically be together. We’ve had our ups and downs, but we are getting the bugs worked out and are getting smoother in our delivery all the time. Photos, taken by Gil Nicholson-Nelson and recently published on this blog show the twelve or so people who show up each week working with camera, sound, video, music, LRE, signing, as well as the minister, celebrant, coordinator and once in a while a guest.

Several people willingly take on several roles and are having a fabulous time learning new skills. It is good to have the same group of folks for a while, especially during these Covid upticks, but we are also getting to the point where it would be nice to have some new folks in the wings, for some future point in time, either when we get back together in person or possibly before. Are you one of those people? Do you have a little talent or skill in running a camera, following basic directions for a sound board, being a video engineer? If you are interested or would like to learn more about what is needed, contact Loriann Schmidt at productionteam@uusalem.org.

Those of us Behind the Chalice wish you a peaceful December and hope to see you on YouTube. Until then, we remain yours in service.
