The Salem Covenant of UU Pagans (CUUPs) is gathering beads, fabric and yarn to make crafts for a fundraiser in 2019. Their idea is to have a couple of craft nights creating pull string bags, wall hangings, baby blankets, jewelry, potholders, and so on, for an eventual craft sale. They will be sewing, knitting or crocheting, using hot glue and other things to attach stones. Pretty stones and stones that can be strung, beading supplies like wire, jute, clamp beads, and spacers, would be helpful. Beading tools would be nice. Yarn–fancy yarns for mittens and embellishments and unsorted beads and bead sorting boxes would be appreciated.
