Thanks for filling out our online Childcare Request form for your UUCS event. Your request for childcare was emailed to the Director of RE.

Your submission included an agreement that if no one shows up for childcare, one hour of staff time is still paid. Also, you agreed to abide by the “Rule of Three” policy which states that there must always be one adult and two children or two adults and one child, never a one-to-one ratio between child and adult. If there is a one-to-one ratio then the childcare will need to be provided within sight and hearing of the event taking place.
