Join Lift Every Voice Oregon on Sunday, June 24 beginning at 4 pm to learn more about Ballot Initiative 43 to ban the sale of assault weapons, followed by a potluck. The meeting will take place at Salem Friends Meeting House, 490 19th St. NE, Salem.  Rick Berkobien will present information about the initiative and a short training session on how to help gather signatures for the event.  Everyone is welcome to bring a dish and stay for the potluck following the meeting.  For more information, visit the Lift Every Voice Oregon website.
