The UUCS office is building a “team” of reception volunteers to help during the week.  Volunteers will be answering phones, greeting visitors, giving building tours, and taking care of some light “housekeeping” tasks such as addressing cards for visitors, filing, organizing, and keeping our foyer presentable. 

The UUCS office is open from 9am – 1pm, Tuesday – Friday.  The hours would be broken into two-hour shifts: 9 – 11am & 11am – 1pm, on each day.  If you are interested in experiencing just how busy our building can get during the week, contact the office at office@uusalem.org or call during business hours at 503-364-0932.

This is a great way to connect to our greater community, and to learn about what it takes to keep a congregation as busy as ours running smoothly. (April 2018)
