Volunteers Needed for 2017 Pledge Drive

Variously colored hand prints on black background This coming year we are doing something new with our annual pledge drive, offering activities to help us:

1) deepen our relationships,

2) discover what our hopes and dreams are for UUCS and our surrounding community, and

3) continue creating a congregational culture grounded in abundance and generosity.

The annual pledge drive is something we all do together, for the good of our congregation, and this year’s plan has lots of opportunities for YOU to be involved, in small or large ways.

We’ll need facilitators for small group discussions, note-takers for those discussions, teams to serve up a light lunch or a celebration dinner, envelope-stuffers, folks to make those follow-up phone calls, a video production team, and maybe some other roles, too. If you’re interested, email [coordinator] with the skills you offer and your availability in the months of January and February.

This is a time for us to be together and consider deeply the difference we are called to make in the world. Now, more than ever, we are mindful of the value of Unitarian Universalism in our lives and our community. A joyful and successful pledge drive will provide us with the foundation we need to be a beacon of love and justice.
